A Slightly Revamped Exercise Routine

Since as of today, I will be officially enrolling in Krav Maga, I have tweaked my exercise routine somewhat to reflect the fact that I will be training twice a week.  I have also added one cardio day and chose the exercises I found most effective from training with my previous personal trainer:
